We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team. As a Senior React Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using React. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, has a strong understanding of modern web technologies, possesses excellent problem-solving abilities, and has good soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of front-end systems using React.js, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality web applications.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Mentor junior and middle developers, guiding them through code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• React.js Expertise (5+ years): Advanced proficiency in React.js ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including modern ES6+ syntax and features.
• TypeScript Knowledge: Skilled in TypeScript for scalable applications.
• Experience with front-end build tools and libraries such as Webpack, Vite, and NPM.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or PostCSS and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or ChakraUI.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Vitest.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
