Sales / Presale Manager Offline

We’re a fast-growing SEO agency based in Germany, founded by Ukrainians, working with clients across the US and Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Sales / Presale Manager to join us and help grow our client base through Upwork, Outreach and more.

✅ What We Expect from You:

• Experience in sales or presales in a digital agency (SEO, PPC, Web, Design)
• Confident English (written + spoken) — intermediate+ is a must
• Skilled in writing clear, logical proposals (no fluff, no templates)
• Understanding of Upwork / lead gen platforms

💡 Bonus Points For:

• German language (even basic)
• LinkedIn/email outreach experience

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning first contact with leads on Upwork (messages, calls, questions)
• Preparing proposals together with the SEO/content team
• Following up and nurturing warm leads
• Helping build scalable sales processes: templates, workflows, automations
• Contributing ideas for new channels (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach)
