Full Stack Developer (AI startup)

QIT Software is looking for a Full Stack Developer for the product from the US. You'll be a driving force in building innovative web applications while championing code quality, security, and the strategic integration of AI technologies in Healthcare.

- Stack: React, Node.js, TypeScript, Azure, PostgreSQL, SOC2 compliance, generative AI models, etc.
- Duration: long-term

Hiring process: 1 - Pre-screen (up to 30 mins), 2 - Pre-screen with client's HR, 3 - Tech interview with client

Requirements:
- Should have a minimum of 7 years experience in Frontend development using Javascript Frameworks
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of Azure Cloud experience (Azure Function, App Service, Azure Open AI services)
- Should have 5 years of experience in ReactJS, Node JS and Typescript technology to develop web services, user interface components and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge on integrating React JS applications to Gen AI model through REST APIs
- Should have a hands-on experience in hosting web application in Azure cloud and well versed with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Container Services and other storage services.
- A good knowledge of user experience and ability to develop the UI designs, required back-end components, APIs and database components.
- Should have a minimum 4 years of experience with database technologies, preferred Postgres database
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and able to run deployments pipelines to automatically code scan, build, test and deploy.
- A good team communication and collaboration with the backend team for the integration
Should have an appetite to learn new tools, frameworks and technologies related to full-stack development

Responsibilities:
- Meticulously review code to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain the highest level of code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Drive our codebase towards SOC2 compliance by implementing and enforcing secure coding practices.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and educating developers on secure coding practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies, especially in the AI space.
- Take ownership of developing new modules, writing comprehensive unit tests, and collaborating on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.
- Facilitate and manage production deployments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Work with Azure Cloud services (Azure Functions, App Service, Azure Container Services, storage) to host and scale our applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality products.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution.
