Software Developer (Microsoft Technologies)

About the Project:
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a project for one of our key clients in the (re)insurance sector. This role requires both strong technical expertise and solid domain knowledge in Credit Exposure Management, Portfolio Modelling, or Pricing.

Experience Required: 5+ years

Location: Remote from Poland

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Exposure Management, Portfolio Modelling, or Pricing, with a demonstrated ability to handle large and complex data sets.
• Strong business knowledge of the (re)insurance industry; Credit & Surety experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to support and maintain two interconnected frameworks:
  • Single risk exposure calculations
  • Portfolio credit modelling
• Proficiency in:
  • C#
  • React
  • Databricks
  • .NET
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving project settings.
• Python experience is a strong advantage, particularly in data-intensive or modelling projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with real-time single risk exposure calculations and their integration into enterprise-level reporting solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Support of frameworks for exposure calculations and credit modelling.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
