Manual QA Engineer Offline

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure new test cases are entered into systems and customer lifecycle workflows are understood.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases using the following tools: TestRail, Jira, and Confluence.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• In perspective, design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools (JS, TestCafe, GitLab CI).
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Participate in sprint cycles for major and minor release goals.
• Follow the standard operating procedures established by the relevant departments.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial experience in manual testing (web, API, DB).
• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA’s role in SDLC.
• Ability to write clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Postman.Experience with TestCafe or Playwright will be a plus.
• Motivation to grow in test automation.
