Outreach (email, LinkedIn) specialist / SDR

About Cut Configurator

We build 2D/3D configurators and B2B2C e-commerce software that help manufacturers automate quoting, generate BOM and DXF files, and let customers visualize products in real time. Our clients are manufacturers and sellers of architectural products, furniture, and cabinetry, custom B2B items, and materials cut to size across Europe and North America.

Our two core focuses are:

  1. Custom configurator development services.
  2. A cut-to-size e-commerce plug-in (SaaS, subscription) for the material-cutting industry.

We are hiring an SDR / outreach specialist to engage the right audiences for both product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and prospect lists.
  • Qualifying leads to ensure a fit
  • Engage prospects through LinkedIn and email with a multi-touch approach.
  • Own every conversation until a meeting is booked, responding promptly to all inquiries.
  • Warm up contacts by interacting with their content and sharing relevant insights.
  • Build and launch outbound campaigns and sequences, and refine outreach scripts for higher conversion.
  • Use automation tools to scale efforts while maintaining personalization.
  • Track every interaction in the CRM, keep lead information current, and monitor progression through the funnel.
  • Continuously learn about the industry, tools, and best practices, leveraging AI whenever possible.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, lead-generation, or outreach experience in B2B SaaS (ideally selling to manufacturing, industrial, or construction tech).
  • Hands-on expertise with outbound email-automation platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation workflows.
  • Proven track record of hitting meeting quotas via cold outreach.
  • Fluent English and concise writing
  • Metrics-driven mindset—you enjoy A/B testing, dashboards, and iterating to beat yesterday’s numbers.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-growth environment and collaborates easily across time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows (CAD, CPQ, ERP) or experience selling technical products to engineers or operations teams.
  • Background in booking enterprise-level deals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and trade shows.
  • Spanish, French, or German language skills (even basic).

What We Offer

  • 20 days of paid annual leave, plus local public holidays.
  • A remote-first culture with flexible scheduling.
  • High-impact role—your pipeline will directly influence company growth.
  • Freedom to test, improve, and automate; your voice truly matters.
