Lead Full-Stack Developer

Main Responsibilities:
β Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS services
β Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to a small development team (2-3 developers)
β Collaborate closely with the team leader and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical approaches and product development
β Perform code reviews, reinforce best practices, and optimize application performance
β Support the planning and execution of tasks, balancing individual coding responsibilities with team management
β Maintain strong communication and collaboration within the team and across the broader organization
Mandatory Requirement:
β At least 6 years of professional full-stack development experience
β Solid experience with Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS (Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB)
β Experience working in agile environments, with familiarity in version control systems and serverless architecture
β Proven ability to mentor team members and foster collaborative teamwork
β Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
β Hands-on experience with building scalable SaaS applications
β Familiarity with performance optimization and testing
β Experience in mentoring or leading a small development team
