Sales / Business Development Manager (Recruitment and Outsourcing for SaaS / Fintech / iGaming) Offline

This isn’t a plug-and-play sales role. You’ll be co-creating our sales engine.
Together with the Founder and a dedicated lead generator, you’ll:
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach → discovery → strategy call → close
• Sell recruitment (contingent / executive search) and outsourcing solutions (including embedded recruiter models)
• Drive pipeline through cold and warm channels (LinkedIn, outbound email, referrals)
• Develop and test targeted GTM strategies by segment (SaaS, Fintech, iGaming)
• Collaborate closely with the founder on market expansion and offer design
• Bring your own sales creativity — we value initiative over instructions

✅ You’re a strong fit if you:
• Have proven B2B sales experience in recruitment / outsourcing (mandatory)
• Know how the European recruitment market works: sales cycles, objections, decision-makers
• Can think in funnels, not just follow scripts — you adapt and optimize
• Feel at home speaking with CEOs, Founders, CTOs, HR leads — and can earn their trust fast
• Ideally have a warm network or past client base in SaaS, Fintech, Product, or iGaming
• Want to become a strategic partner, not just a revenue generator
