What you’ll be doing:

We believe professionalism comes from deep expertise in your specialization. That’s why our Lead Generation team finds potential clients, and SDRs handle research and appointment setting. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Conducting calls with potential clients β€” presenting our company, identifying their business needs, and offering effective solutions.
  • Deeply analyzing client requests, transforming them into clear design tasks, and closing deals.
  • Preparing and presenting tailored commercial proposals.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  •  Upselling relevant services both during and after project completion.
  • Ensuring timely and full payment collection from clients.
  • Collaborating with production teams to refine our offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction throughout the entire collaboration.

 

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a proven track record of successful B2B sales deals and continuously strive for growth.
  • Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and can confidently negotiate with clients.
  • See sales as a competitive sport β€” victories energize you, and challenges motivate you to improve.
  • Build rapport easily, have broad perspectives, and use creative thinking to distinguish great client ideas from bad ones.
  • Are highly organized β€” your tasks, goals, and thoughts are always structured.
