As we scale up our team, we’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to drive the development of our React Native and Node.js applications, mentor engineers, and help shape the future of our AI-driven products.
💼 What You'll Do
As a Tech Lead, you’ll be at the center of our development team’s success:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on React Native and React.js applications
- Set technical direction and architecture decisions for the development team
- Conduct code reviews and enforce high engineering standards and best practices across the team
- Manage sprint planning, technical scopes, and project delivery timelines
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and the product team
- Be hands-on with code when needed - especially for complex or critical parts (React Native/Node.js)
- Foster team growth and create a positive development culture
- Identify and implement process improvements to keep the team efficient and motivated
✅ What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in React Native and Node.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+ features and modern architecture patterns
- Experience with app development lifecycle and deployment (App Store, Google Play)
- Proven ability to mentor developers and conduct effective code reviews
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git workflows, and scalable system design
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level)
- A proactive mindset and the ability to align technical decisions with business goals
✨ Would be awesome if you have
- Solid experience with React.js for web applications
- Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js, Express.js, or Firebas
- Exposure to native iOS/Android development or mobile performance optimization
- Experience with AI integration in applications
- Experience and comfort using AI-powered dev tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor AI, Lovable, V0) to speed up development
- Previous experience in startup environments
- 1+ years in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar lead role
