We’re looking for a motivated Junior Strong Backend Developer who already has hands-on experience with real commercial projects and is ready to grow fast within a senior-led team.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

• Node.js / NestJS / hono.dev
• TypeScript
• PostgreSQL / Prisma ORM
• Redis
• AWS / S3 / Lambda / CloudWatch
• RabbitMQ (will be a plus)
• Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines

What You’ll Do:

• Help develop backend features using NestJS and TypeScript
• Integrate with third-party APIs and cloud platforms (mostly AWS)
• Work with Redis for caching and queueing
• Maintain and evolve backend modules and services
• Collaborate with frontend developers and PMs in Agile flow
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Learn and grow quickly under mentorship

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of experience in commercial backend development (internship/freelance counts if real-world)
• Solid knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with Redis and basic caching principles
• Basic knowledge of AWS services or eagerness to learn
• Git & team workflow understanding
• Responsible attitude, attention to detail, willingness to grow
• English: Intermediate (reading docs, daily communication)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Prisma ORM, RabbitMQ, or Docker
• Previous work in outsource teams or for international clients
• Understanding of REST API design and microservice architecture basics
