Sales / Business Developer (Upwork)
We’re a team of experienced creatives: Branding, marketing, graphic design, AI-generated photo & video, editing, and motion design — we know our craft and we love what we do. We’re not looking for someone to chase hours — we’re looking for a partner who wants to grow, win, and earn well along the way.
💰 Result-based model: % from the first project of a new client and % from every repeat project that client brings for the next 6 months.
📌 We’re here for the long game. If you believe great sales are built on relevance and timing — not just offers and luck — we’re on the same page.
🕐 Working hours: 6 hours per day, between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM CET.
✅ You’re a match if:
- You know your way around Upwork and client hunting.
- You’re organized, curious, and can spot real potential.
- You’re okay with English (B1+), can navigate ClickUp, and dig into a client’s ask.
- You’re not scared of hopping on a call when it really matters.
- Like Dan Kennedy said: "People respond to people." Voice builds connection — fast.
- And Cialdini reminds us: liking and reciprocity win hearts before logic kicks in.
🛠 What you’ll be doing:
- Search and filter job posts in niches we define together.
- Qualify leads based on real fit and budget.
- Add and track info in ClickUp.
- Keep the vibe going — from first message to project wrap-up.
- As Kotler said: “Marketing is about creating genuine value.” That means making clients feel like they matter - because they do.
📋 Quick screening questions (optional but appreciated):
- How do you usually qualify leads on Upwork?
- Share an example of a client you brought in — what made them a good fit?
- How would you respond to a vague or underbudget job post?
- What are your go-to criteria when deciding whether to apply?
- Are you comfortable leading communication after the first reply?
- How do you usually follow up when a client goes quiet?
