Senior Flutter Developer Offline

Our Customer:
Our client is developing a personal CRM and community engagement platform that leverages AI to sync contacts, enrich insights, and build communities. Their initial product is a progressive web app, with native iOS and Android apps planned.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Flutter application development, starting with the PWA and subsequently shipping native iOS & Android versions;
• Translate Figma designs into fast, polished, and responsive UI;
• Architect, optimize, and maintain codebase;
• Integrate seamlessly with backend services (REST/GraphQL).
   

Required experience and skills:

- 5+ years of experience in mobile development;
- 3+ years of production experience with Flutter and Dart;

- 1+ years of experience with Flutter for web apps;
- 1+ years of experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA);
- Deep knowledge of state management, responsive layouts, navigation, and custom animations;
- Proven Figma-to-Flutter skills;
- Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and performance tuning;
- Familiarity with platform-specific UX on iOS & Android;
- English - Upper-Intermediate.
 

Would be a plus: 

• Experience with Supabase, CI/CD principles and Kubernetes (k8s).
