Senior .NET Developer to: 

Implement new frontend features (WinUI 3). 

Improve image analysis (OpenCV/ML integration). 

Fix bugs and optimize performance. 

Two Specific Projects: 

Smart Scheduling System: Optimize concurrent recipe execution for hardware with single-step limitations. UI improvements for visualizing scheduled operations. 

Population Balance Analysis: Automate data extraction from crystal images and generate graphs (replacing manual user checks).
