QA LEAD Blockchain/DeFi

🚀What You’ll Do
-Lead and mentor a small QA team (2 QA)
-Own the QA process from planning to release
-Design test strategies for Web, Mobile, API, and Blockchain layers
-Collaborate with developers to ensure high test coverage
-Oversee regression, performance, and security testing
-Create and maintain automated tests for backend (Go) and frontend apps
-Report quality metrics and improve QA workflows

🌟Required Skills
-4+ years in QA (manual + automation), with 1+ year in a leadership role
-Experience in blockchain or crypto-related projects (smart contracts, tokens, wallets, DeFi, etc.)

-Strong team management and leadership skills, including task prioritization and mentoring QA engineers
-Strong experience in test documentation management

-Experience working with SQL
-Ability to use DevTools & DebugTools for analyzing
-Understanding of Golang-you can read logs, troubleshoot, and work closely with Go developers
-Familiarity with test frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
-Experience testing APIs (Postman, Swagger, REST, gRPC, WebSockets)
-Strong communication skills and a team player attitude

-Understanding of smart contract testing (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)
-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git
-QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB)
-Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
