Lead Generation Project Manager (Client-Facing) Offline

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Project Manager who not only builds and manages lead generation campaigns but also acts as the face of Beffect during early-stage conversations with prospects. About the Role:

This is a dual-role position combining strategic lead generation with prospect engagement. You’ll design and manage outbound and inbound campaigns, but also be the first person qualified leads meet — representing Beffect on intro calls and discovery meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns 
  • Qualify and engage with inbound and outbound leads — you’ll handle initial meetings and act as the first human point of contact
  • Understand client needs and communicate Beffect’s value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Manage the lead funnel, ensuring leads are progressing efficiently through stages
  • Coordinate across marketing, sales, and product to ensure alignment on targeting, messaging, and follow-ups
  • Track campaign performance and lead quality metrics; continuously improve based on results
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems to manage outreach and lead engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or growth marketing (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — you’re confident on calls, clear in writing, and good at building trust quickly
  • Comfortable leading discovery calls and qualifying prospects against ICP criteria
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and touchpoints at once
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • A data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
