Manual QA

We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to test our web-based platform and internal admin panel. You will be responsible for identifying issues, writing clear bug reports, and ensuring a smooth experience for both end-users and internal team members.

📌 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in manual functional testing
• Strong skills in writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience working with Jira, TestRail, or other test management tools
• Good knowledge of browser DevTools (console, network tab, etc.)
• Experience testing authentication, role-based access, and form validation
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

⚙️ Responsibilities:

• Test platform UI/UX, including user flows, forms, navigation, and error handling
• Test admin panel: filtering, data tables, sorting, user roles
• Perform regression, exploratory, and smoke testing
• Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce and evidence (screenshots, videos)
• Test across browsers and device types for responsiveness

✅ Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Experience with Postman for API testing
• Familiarity with Notion or similar tools for documentation
• English proficiency for reading documentation
