Rust Back-End Developer (DeFi / Blockchain / TON)

🚀 Alton is building a decentralized exchange (DEX) and financial platform natively on the TON blockchain. We're looking for a skilled Rust Developer to join our core backend & data team and help us power high-performance data processing for Web3 applications.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Rust
• Work with Axum and Tokio for building scalable and asynchronous services
• Integrate with ClickHouse for large-scale analytics and real-time metrics
• Collaborate with backend, smart contract, and frontend teams
• Implement blockchain-related data indexing and real-time data feeds

✅ Requirements

• 1.5+ years of production experience with Rust
• Experience with Tokio and Axum (or similar async frameworks)
• Understanding of system performance optimization and async processing
• Ability to work with structured data and build efficient data pipelines
• Experience building APIs or services that interact with Web3/blockchain is a strong plus

🌐 Nice to have

• Familiarity with ClickHouse or similar column-oriented databases
• Understanding of the TON blockchain ecosystem
• Experience with smart contract data parsing, transaction indexing, or working with blueprints and ton/core
• Background in DeFi, financial systems, or real-time trading apps
