Manual QA Engineer

dotcode is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join our friendly team and work on an exciting project, contributing to quality assurance processes, test planning, and execution. You’ll be involved in ensuring product reliability, identifying issues early, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams on challenging and meaningful tasks.

Required skills:
● Solid understanding of web and mobile applications testing principles;
● Experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases;
● Ability to create high-quality test documentation: bug reports, checklists, test cases;
● Bug triage skills: reproducing bugs, prioritizing issues, assigning them to relevant teams;
● Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when identifying root causes of bugs;
● Intermediate English or higher.

Would be a plus:
● Experience with SQL;
● Understanding of API testing (e.g. Postman);
● Familiarity with test design techniques;
● Experience with Cypress. 

Responsibilities:
● Create and maintain test documentation;
● Testing web and mobile applications;
● Collaborate with the development and support team during bug triage and issue resolution;
● Analyze and report on test results and quality metrics.
