Full-Stack Engineer (with Poland and English knowledge only)

Our client from the US is looking for a dozen or so people for their own product — a fintech/consumer app/crypto project — for a full-time engagement of 3+ months. If the funding goes well, we’re happy to extend the engagement.

Domain including agentic AI, crypto, and a self-service B2B2C SaaS product.

Technical profile — fluent in both Polish and English, strong technical performer who can work in a product-focused startup, with a 70/30 backend/frontend split. Ideally senior level, but skills matter most! 

Tech stack: Go, .NET, Node, TS, React, AWS.
We don’t require any specific language, but .NET and Golang developers who’ve worked with other technologies tend to do best.

We’re looking for solid experience with web technologies, backend, and any statically typed or functional language (Java, .NET, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, etc.).

Engineering team of 7 people, mostly from Poland, 100% remote. Every quarter we meet for a few days (Europe, Asia, US). We work remotely with the US and IN teams, with some overlap required, mostly for senior roles, and not on a daily basis. We have full technical and product ownership.
 

What’s the process?

1)A short call with me/HR Team
2) A task/test — this checks approach to algorithmic/mathematical problems — so we’re looking for someone who enjoys this kind of challenge
3) A technical call (about an hour) — we’ll definitely go back to the online task/questions during this

To sum up:
Math, algorithms, Polish and English (must-have — candidates without Polish are rejected), and a strong technical background.
