Full Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript, Python) Offline
Location: Remote
About Us
We are a fast-growing, early-stage digital health company making a transformative impact on an underserved patient market in the US.
We believe that technology is the key to unlocking this mission. We're looking for a talented and organized Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and build the platforms that power our patient care and operations.
The Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a critical member of our core team, responsible for building and scaling the software that our teams rely on every day. You will take ownership of features from concept to deployment, working across our modern tech stack to deliver elegant, reliable, and high-impact solutions.
You'll be working on our two primary platforms—one built with Next.js and Python, the other with Vite and FastAPI—in addition to tackling smaller, high-leverage projects. This role requires a versatile engineer who is comfortable context-switching, balancing priorities, and collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve real-world problems.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across our entire technology stack, from the database and API layer to the front-end user interface.
- Build Across Core Platforms: Contribute meaningfully to our two main projects, leveraging your expertise in TypeScript (Next.js, Vite) and Python (FastAPI, Django) to build robust and scalable applications.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with operations and marketing to understand their needs, scope technical solutions, and deliver on smaller, one-off requests that drive immediate business value.
- Own Your Work: Take features from initial idea through to production, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
Balance and Prioritize: Effectively manage your workload across multiple concurrent projects, making pragmatic decisions to ensure timely delivery of the most critical initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications
- TypeScript Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, and Vite. You have a deep understanding of the front-end ecosystem and can build complex, performant user interfaces.
- Strong Python Skills: A strong command of Python for back-end development, with hands-on experience in web frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Pragmatic Problem Solver: You have a proven ability to balance multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and make intelligent trade-offs between speed and quality to meet business goals.
- Excellent Communicator: You can articulate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical colleagues. You are a proactive and collaborative teammate.
Full Stack Versatility: You are comfortable and effective working across the stack, connecting front-end components to back-end APIs and databases seamlessly.
How We Work: Our Values
- Extreme Ownership: Treat every problem end‑to‑end as yours—own successes and setbacks alike.
- Action & Judgment: Move quickly, solve independently, and know what to escalate.
Proactive Communication: Overshare status, blockers, and insights to keep everyone aligned.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Build Core Products: You won't be a cog in a machine. You'll build and shape the foundational products that are central to our company's success and mission.
- High-Impact Engineering: See your work directly improve the lives of patients and empower our internal teams. The feedback loop is short, and your impact is immediate.
- Technical Autonomy & Growth: Work with a modern tech stack and have a significant voice in our technical direction and architectural decisions.
- Work with an A-Team: Collaborate with a small, focused, and highly talented team that is passionate about our mission.
- Remote-Friendly Culture: We are a company that's dedicated to hiring the best talent, regardless of location.
