Head of sales Offline
We are an international affiliate company seeking a Head of Sales to develop sales strategies, lead team development, and establish efficient, KPI-driven processes. The professional will participate in key deals and collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and drive overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
— 2+ years of experience in building and managing a structured Sales Department in an affiliate business: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, competency development
— 3+ years of direct sales experience (including negotiations and deal closing)
— Experience working with clients from the USA, Europe or Canada, and the UK, with an understanding of the specifics of project-based B2B deals
— Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with top management
— Hands-on experience in developing and scaling sales channels, including Upwork and inbound sources
— Experience participating in complex negotiations and working with key clients, as well as supporting Sales Managers during deal closure
— Ability to ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and stable operation of the sales funnel
— Skills in implementing and improving internal processes: script and template creation, reporting, CRM management
— Competence in lead quality control and ensuring transparency at all stages of the sales process
— Analytical skills to identify weaknesses in the funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and average deal check
— Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Delivery teams, ensuring alignment of processes and clients' expectations
— Upper-Intermediate+ English (effective verbal and written communication)

— Technical background and understanding of terminology
— Experience with HubSpot, Notion, and ClickUp
— Experience launching and scaling outbound sales
