Trainee/Junior Manual QA Engineer to $500

We are looking for a Trainee/Junior QA specialist who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our team. As most of our clients are international, a strong command of English (upper-intermediate or higher) β€” both written and spoken β€” is essential. We value team connection and regularly host offline gatherings, so we are considering candidates from the Lviv region who can work from the office at least once a week.

 

What you need to Succeed:
β€” Experience working in an agile software development environment and tools (like Jira)
β€” Self-motivated accountability and a sense of ownership of the product.
β€” Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
β€” Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
β€” Experience in testing responsive web applications;
β€” Good level of written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher); capable to commuting directly with clients in a meeting and via emailπŸ’‘

 

Core Responsibilities:
β€” Interact with members of the QA team, development team, business analysts
β€” Create Test Documentation ( test scenarios, test cases, GUI checklists, etc.)
β€” Report, document, and track bugs in the ticket system
β€” Perform Functional and non-Functional testing (web/mobile)

 

Will be a plus:

Proven level of using testing tools (Postman, Charles, Fiddler, etc.)
Understanding of JSON, XML; experience with testing APIs
