Account Manager

our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Account Manager for the SPRIBE team
(Broadway Platform).

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage effectively
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Fluent in English - С1, both spoken and written
- A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms
- Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releases and updates
- Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance challenges
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client and partner issues effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client communication
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such as Freebets and Rain promotions
- Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure seamless collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear communication and reliable service delivery
- Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game development team
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to enhance client engagement
- Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site support
