Senior Full-Stack Developer to $5500

🧠 About the Project:

Startup on a mission to revolutionize how we build and interact with modern web applications. We envision a future where web apps adapt seamlessly to user needs and trends—without reopening the code or redoing work.
To achieve this, we’re developing next-gen infrastructure, a front-end library, and a feature-rich dashboard.
We’ve recently closed a funding round and are expanding our team to turn this vision into reality.

As part of our core team, you’ll contribute to open-source projects, work with cutting-edge technologies,
and build scalable, high-performance systems.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with deep knowledge of front-end tech.
• Strong expertise in React, Vue.js, and native JavaScript.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, MongoDB, AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Proven track record building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs, responsive design, web security, and performance optimization.
• Open-source contribution experience is a big plus.

✨ Nice to Have:

• Experience with Angular or Svelte.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, or other databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Previous startup or fast-paced team experience.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain both front-end and back-end systems (80% frontend / 20% backend).
• Innovation: Research new tech, frameworks, and best practices to constantly evolve the product.
• Open-Source Contributions: Actively contribute to our OSS projects and engage with the community.
• UI Library Development: Create flexible, high-performance UI components with a strong UX focus.
• Dashboard Engineering: Develop rich, interactive SaaS dashboards with advanced features and seamless UX.
• Data Engineering: Work with MongoDB and AWS Big Data tools to optimize data storage and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, product managers, and designers to align tech with business goals.
