Website and UI Graphics Designer
ListAlpha is a modern CRM platform built specifically for private equity and alternative investors. We’re not trying to look like another generic enterprise tool — we’re building something sharper, faster, and more technical. Our team comes from finance and computer science, and that’s reflected in how we think about product and design: clean, minimal, precise, and quietly powerful.
Think Linear, Notion, Attio, with a nod to the rigor and clarity of high-performance tools used by engineers and investors alike.
We’re now looking for a freelance or part-time Graphics & UI Designer to help bring that vision to life across our website, sales materials, and core application.
Scope of Work
1. Website Redesign
- Redesign our Webflow site (listalpha.com) with a crisp, technical aesthetic
- Introduce smarter menus, subtle transitions, and interaction patterns that feel modern and refined
- Create custom graphics that lean into a clean, code-aware design language
2. Sales Collateral
- Upgrade our sales deck and supporting materials with clear, elegant layouts
- Reflect a brand that appeals to both investors and engineers — calm, confident, and tech-driven
- Create a visual system that can scale across investor conversations, one-pagers, and product screenshots
3. Product UI (Light Touch)
- Review and refine in-app visuals: icons, spacing, interface clarity
- Help us align the application’s UX with the design values of fast, technical tools like Superhuman or Linear
- Bonus: If you’ve got motion/interaction experience, we’d love to explore micro-interactions
You’re Likely a Fit If You…
- Have experience designing for modern B2B SaaS or technical products
- Thrive in minimalist, grid-based design systems with an emphasis on clarity
- Understand how to balance finance-sector professionalism with developer-tool simplicity
- Experienced with Webflow and are capable of implementing the work to "production"
- Enjoy building brands that feel confident through simplicity, not clutter
What We’re Offering
- Clear project scope with potential for ongoing work
- Direct collaboration with the founder
- A chance to define the visual identity of a serious SaaS challenger
- Flexible hours, async-first communication
- A fast-moving product with real traction in private markets
