QA Lead Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team.

Requirements:

 

— Deep domain expertise in online gambling:
Full understanding of the gambling product lifecycle: registration, KYC, deposits, gameplay, bonuses, withdrawals.
Awareness of regulatory and risk aspects: AML, responsible gaming, bonus abuse prevention.
— Integration testing with payment providers and 3rd-party game vendors:
PSPs, crypto payments, aggregator platforms (e.g., Playson, Pragmatic Play).
Experience using mocks, simulators, and sandbox environments.
— API testing and automation:
Tools: Postman, REST Assured.
Preferably: regression/smoke automation via Playwright, or similar frameworks.
— CI/CD and DevOps awareness:
Familiarity with test execution in CI pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Log analysis (Loki), metrics monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
Basic understanding of Kubernetes-based environments.
— Multi-regional testing experience:
Ability to test across multiple languages, currencies, time zones.
Awareness of jurisdiction differences (e.g., MGA vs. Curacao).
Regional feature toggles: roles, bonuses, payment flows.

Will be plus:
 

— Test documentation in English with unified templates and terminology.
— TCMS similar to XRay — adapted for region-specific test cases.
— Postmortem and risk analysis:
— Participation in RCA for production issues across regions.
— Contributions to reliability indicators (SLA/SLO) per market.
— Language: English B2+ for both verbal and written cross-regional communication.


Responsibilities:


— Develop and Maintain Comprehensive Test Plans and Strategies:
Work out detailed test plans and strategies that encompass different regions and markets.
Regularly update the test plans to align with changing requirements and market conditions.
— Manage the Regional QA team:
Work closely with the local QA team to understand regional requirements and constraints.
Ensure regional differences are incorporated into the overall test strategy.
— Effective Resource Allocation:
Collaborate with the QA team leads of the IT Operational domain to allocate resources effectively to ensure comprehensive coverage across all regions.
Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
— Supervise and maintain Test Execution:
Oversee the execution of test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Ensure testing encompasses functional, non-functional, and localization aspects.
— Timely Communication of Defects:
Maintain an efficient process for defect tracking and resolution.
— Define and Track Quality Metrics:
Define key quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts across regions.
Track and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement.
— Regular Reporting:
Generate regular reports to provide insights into the quality status of the product in different markets.
Ensure reports are clear, comprehensive, and actionable.
— Stakeholder Support and Feedback:
Support all created processes with stakeholders and provide fast, clear feedback to all requests.
Maintain open and effective communication with product managers, QA Managers, and cantry managers.
— Promote Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
Encourage feedback and implement improvements in testing processes and methodologies.
— Monitoring Product Quality:
Monitor the quality of the product by tracking the number and severity of bugs.
Provide regular updates on testing progress, including functional and non-functional regression testing.
— Analyze Testing Results:
Analyze the results of testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure testing outcomes are used to enhance the overall product quality.
— Support Regional QA Onboarding and Setup Cooperation Processes:
Assist in onboarding new regional QA team members.
Establish and facilitate cooperation processes between operation and Support Tech QA teams.
Ensure smooth integration and alignment of regional QA practices with overall QA strategy.
