Role outline
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will help expand our global client base by introducing our SaaS products to insurance companies, brokers, and fintech organizations. You will work alongside experienced sales and product professionals in enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential clients in target markets
- Assisting with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Supporting product presentations and demo meetings
- Participating in discovery calls and proposal preparation
- Maintaining CRM records and sales documentation
- Collaborating with marketing on outreach campaigns
- Learning about SaaS sales, insurtech trends, and client needs
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in sales-related roles (Lead Generation, SDR, or similar)
- Strong interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or the insurance/fintech space
- Upper-intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to grow in tech sales
- Basic understanding of software products is a plus
