Experience & Skills:

  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken & written)
  • 1+ year of B2B business communication experience
  • Confident communicator โ€” you know how to engage, follow up, and close
  • Basic experience or understanding of LinkedIn lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho is a big plus!)

     

Soft Skills:

  • Presentable, open-minded, and easy-going
  • Responsible & proactive โ€” we value people who take initiative
  • Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset

     

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Conduct B2B sales calls via Zoom/Google Meet
  • Handle real-time chats with potential clients (and jump on a call when needed)
  • Manage full-cycle communication with leads: from cold outreach to conversion
  • Search for leads on LinkedIn based on target companies
  • Build and maintain relationships through personalized LinkedIn messaging
  • Keep CRM up-to-date with lead progress and follow-ups
