QA Engineer Offline

Most of our clients are tech startups so we are looking for a person who is ready to dive into the emerging world of startups and comfortable working in a fast and frequently changing environment.

Person we are looking for:

• Collaborative and growth mindset – open to feedback and always eager to learn new frameworks and best practices.
• 2+ years of commercial QA experience. 
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and how QA fits into modern DevOps practices.
• Experience testing AI-powered features is a bonus.
• Sharp eye for detail – no critical bug escapes unnoticed.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members in ensuring high-quality products.
• Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities.
• Write automated tests to conduct complex tests to confirm that the acceptance criteria have been met.
• Support, maintain and improve all related test cases.
• Perform functional testing in WEB/desktop applications, or/and back-end systems (depends on project).
• Report software defects to resolve them.
• Making our release process as smooth as possible with the best quality.
• Make decisions regarding automation.
