SAP Business Data Cloud Expert

We invite a skilled SAP Business Data Cloud Expert to join our Data & Analytics Competency Center and the team delivering solutions for one of the world's leading energy technology companies.

The customer is building a completely new data platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and a strong understanding of various data integration and management technologies.

Your tasks:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP BDC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Utilize Databricks Zero Copy technology for efficient data management and sharing.
• Implement and manage data Lakehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg.
• Implement and manage bi-directional data sharing processes to ensure data consistency and availability.
• Integrate and leverage SAP Joule for enhanced AI capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Graphs to improve data relationships and insights.
• Utilize the Data Product Generator in SAP BW to create and manage data products.
• Design and build Insight Apps to provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure robust data integration with platforms like Snowflake and Collibra, maintaining data quality and integrity. Preferably with QLIK or SNP. 
• Apply DevOps practices and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and manage REST and SOAP APIs, with working knowledge of KONG.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices. Reporting with Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP BDC, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and related tools.
• Experience with Databricks Zero Copy and Apache Iceberg.
• Knowledge of bi-directional data sharing, Joule, Knowledge Graphs, and Data Product Generator.
• Strong skills in building Insight Apps and data integration with Snowflake and Collibra.
• Proficiency in working with SAP EAS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics.
• Experience in data integration for structured, semi-structured and un-structured data.
• Knowledge in SAP Integration, Qlik, Alteryx, etc.
• Good to have knowledge in developing reports with Power BI, Tableau, etc
