Senior Front‑End developer for middle-stage start-up to $4500 Offline

## Part I – General Overview

We are a middle‑stage, venture‑backed start‑up building a web‑based management platform for demolition and construction companies. The product’s standout feature is an AI assistant that automates much of the day‑to‑day project‑ and resource‑planning workload.  
With the first functional release in users’ hands and fresh funding secured, we’re expanding our team. We are looking for a senior Front‑End developer to take full ownership of the React/TypeScript code‑base, drive UI/UX quality, and work hand‑in‑hand with our Python & FastAPI & AI back‑end architect. You’ll report technical work to the architect but are expected to operate independently and proactively. 


## Part II – Requirements & Expectations

### Core Front‑End Expertise
- Stack mastery: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite  
- End‑to‑end ownership: authentication flows, state management, component design, performance tuning, security  
- Integration: consume RESTful APIs and real‑time WebSocket streams smoothly from back-end 
 
### Collaboration & Process
- Fluent with Git, GitHub flow, pull‑request reviews, and peer code feedback 
- Comfortable pairing with back‑end engineers and turning business ideas into polished features
  
### Product & UX Mindset
- Sharp eye for detail and usability; able to craft clean, intuitive interfaces without micromanagement  
- Habitually proposes improvements and challenges assumptions to deliver the best user experience
  
### Independence & Accountability
- Operates as the FE tech lead, setting standards, choosing libraries, and safeguarding code quality  
- Manages own workload, communicates blockers early, and keeps stakeholders informed
  
### Nice‑to‑Have / Bonus Skills
- Hands‑on experience wiring AI features into the front end (e.g., chat‑bot UIs)  
- Working knowledge of back‑end concepts or Python/FastAPI to facilitate end‑to‑end thinking
