Key Account Manager (iGaming) Offline

Your Role:

  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key partners in the iGaming industry
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of our solutions in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Monitor account health, proactively address potential issues, and ensure partners are receiving maximum value
  • Act as the voice of the client within the company, driving retention and account growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing directly to business expansion

 

What You Bring:

  • Strong command of English (B2+), both spoken and written
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in iGaming, tech, or digital entertainment
  • Understanding of the online gambling industry, its trends, and regulatory landscape is a strong advantage
  • Background in account management, partner success, or client-facing roles is a plus
