Key Account Manager (iGaming) Offline
Your Role:
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key partners in the iGaming industry
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of our solutions in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Monitor account health, proactively address potential issues, and ensure partners are receiving maximum value
- Act as the voice of the client within the company, driving retention and account growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing directly to business expansion
What You Bring:
- Strong command of English (B2+), both spoken and written
- Proven communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in iGaming, tech, or digital entertainment
- Understanding of the online gambling industry, its trends, and regulatory landscape is a strong advantage
- Background in account management, partner success, or client-facing roles is a plus
