SAP Consultant/Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to join our growing IT team and lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced SAP implementation and optimization projects.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a skilled SAP Consultant/Engineer with hands-on experience in SAP systems design, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with business acumen to translate complex requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.)
• Lead SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects
• Develop custom solutions using ABAP programming and SAP Fiori/UI5
• Integrate SAP systems with third-party applications via APIs and middleware
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support
• Stay updated on SAP technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience (ECC, S/4HANA)
• Strong ABAP programming skills
• Experience with at least 2 SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR)
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database and reporting tools
• Understanding of system integration concepts and technologies
• SAP certification(s) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development
• Project management experience
• Previous consulting experience
