Upwork sales manager to $2000 Offline
About Us:
Right now Snotor is looking for a Upwork Sales Manager. We offer IT-outsourcing services all over the world and give you an opportunity to work on interesting and powerful projects.
First of all, we need good, independent specialists. to take our lead generation and client acquisition to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile(s).
- Search for relevant jobs and submit high-quality proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PMs, developers, designers) to prepare estimates and project proposals.
- Track performance and report on KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Upwork (at least 1 year of active sales).
- Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of IT services / digital product development.
- Ability to write clear, engaging proposals tailored to client needs.
- Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in other freelance platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Toptal).
- Background in project management or tech.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
