Senior\Lead Python Developer

🌟 We’re looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to take on a lead position in AI-driven project. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only write clean, scalable code but also influence architecture, guide the team, and work directly with the client.


 

What you’ll do:

— Design and lead backend architecture (Python + Django)

— Build scalable APIs & integrate services

— Optimize performance, stability, and security

— Participate in and drive technical discussions & code reviews

— Work directly with the client team, influencing product and architecture decisions

 

🧑🏻‍💻 What we expect:

— 5+ years of professional Python experience (mainly with Django)

— Proven experience designing scalable backend systems

— Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and clean code practices

— Excellent communication skills — you’ll be the bridge between the engineering team and the client

— English: Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have: hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, Celery, and PostgreSQL.
