Role Overview:
Weโre looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Web3 incubator and drive revenue growth across our suite of products and services. If you're passionate about crypto, skilled in communicating complex ideas, and have a track record of closing high-impact deals, weโd love to meet you.
๐ What Youโll Be Selling:
- SaaS solutions tailored for Web3 projects
- White-label solutions for faster go-to-market
- KOL/Influencer Management packages
- End-to-end incubation services for early-stage crypto startups
You wonโt be alone โ youโll work closely with our Account Manager, who will support you with chat communications, follow-ups, and coordination with leads and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close strategic deals with Web3 companies/projects, ecosystems, and partners
- Tailor product value propositions to client needs and clearly explain complex technical offerings
- Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and align on client feedback
๐ง What Weโre Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the Web3 space
- Strong understanding of crypto technologies โ token models, smart contracts, and user journeys
- Ability to identify client pain points and present solutions that bring real value
- A confident closer with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
