📌 Part-Time QA Engineer (Billing, Email & Onboarding Logic)
Location: Remote | Commitment: Part-time (~20 hours/week)
Project: Payment Processing & User Onboarding Platform

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for testing billing flows, email automation, and onboarding logic to ensure a smooth and bug-free user experience.

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Test billing features: one-time and recurring payments, error handling, and edge cases
  • Validate registration flows, starter package purchases, and user onboarding steps
  • Verify email workflows: correct triggering, content, and successful delivery
  • Test internal tools like support ticket submission and notification systems
  • Analyze backend logs and responses to identify issues
  • Communicate findings clearly to developers and assist in reproducing bugs
  • Maintain structured documentation of test cases and regression scenarios

✅ Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QA experience (manual or automation)
  • Strong understanding of payment-related logic and user flow testing
  • Experience testing transactional emails and account-related notifications
  • Comfortable working with browser dev tools, Postman, and log monitoring
  • Self-sufficient, detail-focused, and proactive in identifying weak spots
  • Solid written English for bug reports and documentation

💡 Nice to have:

  • Experience working with platforms that include account creation and payment steps
  • Familiarity with user dashboards, admin panels, and web app workflows
  • Basic scripting or automation testing skills (optional)
