🧑‍🍳 Role Overview

We’re looking for a product-minded Senior Full-Stack Engineer who loves crafting pixel-perfect, highly interactive UIs and can own features end-to-end across our React/Next.js + Node.js stack. You’ll architect intricate, responsive layouts, build bespoke design-system components, and see your work ship to a passionate global audience within days—not months. If turning ambitious mock-ups into beautifully polished experiences is your idea of fun—and you enjoy hopping between UI, backend, and cloud infra—this is your stage.
 

💪 What You’ll Do

• Build, and ship custom, responsive interfaces in React/Next.js + SASS (or CSS-in-JS)—animations, drag-and-drop, real-time state, and all the edge cases.
• Collaborate with design to translate Figma concepts into accessible, production-ready components.
• Extend backend APIs (Node.js, MongoDB) and automate scalable infrastructure on AWS / Google Cloud.
• Refactor and harden a large production codebase for maintainability, performance, and cross-browser consistency.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and a tight senior team to scope, release, and iterate on new music-creation features—fast.

🚨 Requirements

Must-haves

• 3 + years building production web apps with React and Next.js.
• Proven experience shipping complex, responsive layouts and rich interactive flows.
• Solid backend skills in Node.js & MongoDB.
• Track record of independently owning features from concept to prod support.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep SASS expertise and an eye for design-system detail.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization of large React apps.
• Contributions to sizeable, established codebases.
• Side projects in music tech—or a genuine passion for music/creative tools.
• Familiarity with payment integrations (Stripe, Paddle)

• Practical knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud.
