Summary:
We are building a distributed system that processes high-volume monitoring tasks across multiple external platforms (social media, messengers, etc.). The product handles large volumes of structured and unstructured data in real time. We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who can focus on product quality from a user and system perspective — carefully testing new features, helping refine requirements, and ensuring the system behaves reliably under real-world scenarios.

What you'll do:

● Test backend workflows, API endpoints, and complex user scenarios manually

● Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports

● Analyze feature requirements and clarify unclear points with developers and product manager

● Reproduce issues, verify bug fixes, and perform regression testing

● Work with logs, API tools (e.g., Postman), and basic data validation

Tools and technologies you might use:

● Postman or similar tools for API testing

● Jira or similar systems for issue tracking

● Confluence / Google Docs for documentation

● Basic SQL for data verification (optional)

● Logs and browser/network tools to investigate issues
 

What we’re looking for:

● 3+ years of experience in manual QA

● Good understanding of client-server architecture and APIs (you don’t need to code, but should understand how systems communicate)

● Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

● Clear and concise bug reporting and communication

● Curiosity and desire to deeply understand how the system works
 

Nice to have:

● Experience testing backend-heavy systems or distributed platforms

● Experience working with large datasets or data-intensive systems

● Experience working with product requirements or helping clarify them

● Interest in growing toward automation or QA process ownership
