We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team for an exciting AI-driven project. You’ll work closely with one of our international partners on a streamlined, fast-paced development process - combining AI-assisted coding with hands-on implementation.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React
• Backend: Java (Dropwizard), Python (Flask, SDK-based integrations)
• Tooling: Docker, GitHub, AI agents (e.g., Codex / Windsurf)
• Testing: e2e tests, auto-generated and manual

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in full-stack development
• Solid understanding of React, Java (Dropwizard), and Python (Flask)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and test-driven development
• Willingness to use AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to handle full-stack tickets independently from start to finish
• Good written communication (for PRs, docs, release notes)

Responsibilities

• Pick tasks from a well-defined backlog
• Use Codex + Windsurf to generate and refine implementation
• Verify locally with test automation and manual QA
• Submit detailed pull requests with screenshots, docs, and explanations
• Collaborate with reviewers and continuously improve output
• Maintain high development velocity while ensuring quality
