About the Project

At Datasport, we serve over 500,000 athletes annually with our cutting-edge digital services. To expand our offering, we are developing an AI-powered digital coach to support athletes on their journey to the event.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and help build this product from a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to a large-scale service. You will work closely with our AI experts (LLM/Python) to create a robust and scalable platform that enhances the training experience for athletes worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale the AI-based digital web application
• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate large language models and machine learning components.
• Architect and implement backend services using Node.js or Nest.js based on your experience >5 years
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless deployments.
• Utilize AWS services with Terraform (preferred) for cloud infrastructure management.
• Coach and mentor new team members as the project scales.
• Ensure best practices in software architecture, maintainability, and performance.

• Drive innovation and go the extra mile in this early-stage product development phase

   

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as Fullstack developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with wearable products or health/fitness data.
• Experience in Java is a strong plus
• Good German spoken level.
