We are developing an innovative web application that helps organizations gain deeper

insights into their culture through Al-powered survey analytics. Our differentiator is the intelligent analysis of free text responses using language models, making qualitative data quantifiable and insightful at scale.

The Project

We're building a comprehensive survey platform that integrates with organizational developmentframeworks like Integral Theory. The platform will handle the entire survey lifecycle including creation, distribution, response collection, and sophisticated Al analysis of results.

We already have parts of the system as a prototype. With your help we want to elevate the prototype to a production ready application.

Tech stack

Frontend: Next.js with shadcn/ui components

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL)

Backend: Python FastAPI for LLM analysis orchestration

Key Responsibilities

-Implement the survey creation, participation, and analytics dashboard interfaces 
-Assist in developing LLM-based analysis services for free text responses

-Build a robust orchestration system for analysis job management

-Create data visualization components for survey insights

-Integrate authentication, payment processing, and admin functionality

-Ensure the application is secure, performant, and compliant with data protection Regulations.

Required Skills

-Strong experience with Next.js/React and TypeScript

-Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Supabase

-Familiarity with authentication systems and payment gateways

-Experience in web application security

-Python development with FastAPI

We're looking for someone who can contribute to multiple aspects of this project, but especially support us in the Web Development part and Fullstack Integration.
