Payments Account Manager Offline

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar position;
• Understanding of the basic principles of contractual relationships;
• Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures;
• Basic understanding of technical integration of online payments, funnels, and flows;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Search, SimilarWeb, and task tracking;
• Fluent in English;
• High level of communication and presentation skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with payment systems in African countries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of engagement: from initial contact to finalizing legal and operational documentation (e.g., NDAs, agreements);
• Maintain strong relationships with partners by effectively communicating with their Account and Sales departments;
• Support the merchant account application procedure, including filling out forms, preparing corporate documents, and communicating with providers and internal teams;
• Create tasks for integration and supply the Integration Manager and developer with all necessary information to initiate the process;
• Monitor ongoing payment integrations, managing the process from receiving provider credentials to launching new payment solutions;
• Conduct basic market research on popular payment methods and analyze their trends;
• Support the KYC and compliance processes during application submission, ensuring the company's website is configured according to provider requirements;
• Assist with responding to inquiries from providers and managing chargebacks to ensure smooth service delivery.
