Senior Automation QA Engineer to $5500

Metamindz is a fast-growing UK-based IT software company. We help by providing fractional CTOs as-a-service, building digital products, hiring technical talent, and conducting tech due diligence.

We’re currently looking for a Strong Automation QA Engineer to join one of our fast-scaling international clients in a long-term  arrangement. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone passionate about test automation, clean code, and building reliable, high-quality digital products at scale.

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium);
• Write and execute test scripts for web and mobile applications;
• Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and responsive testing;
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers in agile sprints;
• Ensure timely detection of bugs, maintain a clear bug reporting process, and monitor test coverage;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and test automation best practices.

Requirements:
 

• 5–6+ years of relevant commercial QA automation experience;
• Proven expertise in multiple automation frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium;
• Strong experience with web and responsive testing;
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for product quality;
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.
