Senior Fullstack Developer (Nest.js + React, Backend-focused)
We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (TypeScript (React) + Nest.js, Backend-oriented, 70% backend / 30% frontend) to join a feature-focused initiative within a corporate AI enablement platform. The role centers on building enterprise-facing internal tools for license and user management.
Project:
A corporate platform designed to accelerate the adoption of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot across enterprises. It offers integrated training, personalized learning paths, and behavior change strategies to embed AI capabilities directly into employee workflows. The platform encourages cross-team knowledge sharing and ensures secure, compliant AI usage. One of its standout components is an Excel-focused AI assistant delivering real-time productivity support.
This specific project stream involves developing internal tools that enable enterprise clients to manage licenses, users, and organization-wide access.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in software development (fullstack)
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js using NestJS
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Solid experience working with APIs, data models, and business logic
- Practical knowledge of MongoDB
- Frontend familiarity with React, Tailwind, Zustand, React Query (UI/UX handled internally)
- Ability to work independently and deliver features with minimal supervision
- Experience with scalable, maintainable codebase development
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Azure Cloud infrastructure
Will be a plus:
Experience with internal/admin tools or enterprise-facing back-office systems
Knowledge of secure data handling and role-based access control
Exposure to AI-driven SaaS platforms or enterprise tooling
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain internal tooling for enterprise license and user management
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and business logic
- Contribute to frontend development (approx. 30%, minimal UI complexity)
- Collaborate with product owners and tech leadership to scope and deliver new features
- Ensure high code quality, scalability, and clean architecture
- Support refactoring and rapid delivery in a fast-paced environment
