Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software testing
• Experience in designing and implementing test scenarios (and test cases)
• Experience in both frontend (React/Redux) and backend (Django REST API) testing
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and verifying JSON responses
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for MySQL
• Understanding of both business and technical requirements
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Upper Intermediate or higher English level (also B1+ level of French language is a plus)

  Project-specific:

  • Experience testing interactive video/audio features and media streaming (e.g., ffmpeg pipelines) is a plus
  • Familiarity with educational platforms or EdTech products is a plus
  • Comfort with multi-modal input testing: voice, text, handwriting simulations
  • Ability to validate AI-driven adaptive content and dynamic feedback mechanisms

   

Responsibilities

• Review and clarify feature requirements with the Project Manager and Team Lead
• Manually test project features across devices and browsers to ensure consistent performance in classroom conditions
• Test teacher dashboards, student learning paths, content creation wizards, and AI-guided sessions
• Execute backend validation through REST API testing and database verification
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies, report them in Jira, and monitor their lifecycle
• Re-test resolved issues and confirm proper implementation
• Validate integrations involving video avatars, messaging systems, and BioTrack-based attention monitoring
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test case libraries and testing reports
• Participate in testing AI personalization logic and progress-tracking flows
• Continuously analyze test results to propose quality improvements and workflow optimizations
• Collaborate with developers to discuss and clarify bugs and expected behavior
• Move verified features/bugs to the “Done” column in Jira
• Support releases with final sanity and regression testing to ensure platform stability
• Plan testing activities and create detailed test scenarios and test cases
• Contribute to improving team testing processes and overall software quality

This is an innovative AI-powered educational platform that revolutionizes how students learn grammar. Our technology combines artificial intelligence, interactive video avatars, and personalized learning to help students overcome grammar difficulties while reducing teacher workload.
 

The platform features an AI teaching assistant that provides individualized support based on each student's specific challenges. Teachers can access 3,000+ exercises, 500 learning retention checks, 200 dictations, and 300 videos covering over 100 grammar rules. The system processes student work in real-time, analyzes attention levels using BioTrack technology, schedules follow-up sessions to verify retention, and provides comprehensive progress tracking.

What makes this project unique is its multi-modal interaction capabilities - students can communicate verbally, through on-screen selections, keyboard entries, or even handwritten notes. The AI assistant guides students through engaging learning sequences with video illustrations, guided rule identification, practice exercises, and gamified challenges that award "expert badges" upon mastery.
