Senior Front-end Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Translate high-fidelity design prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Lead front-end technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring of mid/junior developers.
• Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user interactions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Drive implementation of best practices in code quality, testing, and accessibility.
• Define and enforce front-end architecture and scalable component design systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep experience with one or more front-end frameworks (React preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state management tools (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.).
• Proven experience in building SPAs, PWAs, and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Leadership experience in tech decision-making and team mentoring.

As A Plus

• Experience with micro frontends, monorepos, or component libraries (Storybook, Bit).
• Knowledge of design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, or similar).
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt).
• Exposure to WebAssembly, WebSockets, or real-time applications.
• Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities.
