Sales Representative (Phone-Based Outreach with US Market Focus)

We seek a motivated Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and wants to be part of an innovative cybersecurity startup focused on expanding in the US and international markets.

 

You'll play a critical role in making initial contact with potential clients, presenting the company’s modern online security platform, and helping build strong customer relationships from the first conversation. If you're passionate about communication, sales, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

 

The client is based in New York, so candidates must be available to work during US business hours (EST).

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound phone calls to business owners, IT professionals, and decision-makers to introduce the company’s platform.
  • Communicate product benefits and value during initial sales conversations.
  • Build rapport and engage prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Qualify leads and help move them through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls or demos with senior sales team members.
  • Keep accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Contribute to team goals by providing feedback on call outcomes and sharing insights from client interactions.
     

What You’ll Bring:

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (you must be comfortable having business conversations by phone).
  • Experience in sales, customer support, call centers, or other client-facing roles in a technical area.
  • Confidence and clarity when speaking over the phone with potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of the sales process.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
