Sales Manager (Inbound)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process incoming registrations and inquiries via CRM, web forms, and chat
- Initiate first contact with potential clients via email, chat, site
- Assess client profiles using a qualification checklist and assign appropriate categories
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system
- Route qualified leads to relevant departments and ensure smooth handover
- Track and ensure timely lead processing according to internal SLAs
- Maintain internal reports on lead status and daily activity
- Required Experience and Skills:
Must-have: - At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales, preferably in iGaming or similar industries (dating, crypto, betting)
- Skilled in customer interaction using scripts or structured communication flows
- Understanding of client segmentation and demand categorization
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, AmoCRM)
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the sales funnel and lead qualification stages
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries daily
- English level B1 or higher (both written and spoken)
